Intent

The intent of Standard 2 is to set out the expectations of the governing body to meet the Quality Standards and deliver quality funded aged care services.

Expectation

The organisation is well run. I can contribute to improvements. My provider listens and responds to feedback. I receive care from knowledgeable, competent workers.
